HOUSE RULES

  • From 14:00 You'll need to let the property know in advance what time you'll arrive

  • Until 11:00

  • Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

  • Due to the staircase, it is not recommended for children aged less than 3.

  • Smoking is not allowed.

  • Parties/events are not allowed

  • Pets are not allowed.

FLOOR

The second floor is accessible over one staircase and offers the main terrace with splendid views over the countryside, a kingsize bedroom, a kitchen/living room (including another bed), a bathroom with shower and a separate WC. Additionally there is access to a mezzanine which can accommodate two more guests.
